Start your Yoga Journey Today

This isn’t about becoming more flexible or mastering a perfect pose.

It’s about learning how to:

Move your body with intention

Build strength and mobility that supports an active life

Manage stress without checking out

Stay present under pressure — in work, sport, and daily life

I’ve spent over 10 years teaching vinyasa yoga, trained in Baptiste-inspired power yoga and YogaSix formats, working with people who don’t necessarily see themselves as “yogis,” but want to feel better, perform better, and age well.

Through Agave Yoga, I share:

Thoughtful movement practices

Guided meditation and mindset work

Yoga applications for golfers and athletes

Opportunities to practice in person through corporate wellness, events, and private sessions

Yoga for Golfers

Play stronger. Recover faster. Stay focused longer.

Golf asks a lot of your body, rotation, balance, control, and patience, for over hours at a time. Yoga for Golfers is designed to support how golfers actually move and think, both on and off the course.

These sessions blend purposeful movement, breath, and awareness to help golfers:

Improve mobility and balance

Reduce stiffness and injury risk

Build strength where it matters most

Stay calm, focused, and present under pressure

This isn’t about stretching on the mat.
It’s about supporting your game and your body for the long run.

Yoga on the Green

Where yoga meets the game and real performance begins.

Yoga on the Green is a practical guide written by Jeannette Blake, blending over a decade of vinyasa yoga teaching with a deep understanding of how golfers move, think, and play.

This book was created for:

Golfers who want to improve mobility, balance, and focus

Yogis curious about the game of golf

Athletes and professionals looking for a smarter mind and body edge

Inside, you’ll find accessible yoga practices, movement insights, and mindset tools designed to support better swings, fewer injuries, and more presence on the course, without requiring you to be a yogi or a scratch golfer.

This isn’t about doing yoga instead of golf.
It’s about using yoga to play better, feel better, and stay in the game longer.

Yoga on the Green is available now for $15.

Meet Jeannette

I’m Jeannette, a yoga teacher, author, and wellness professional with over a decade of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay present in their bodies and lives.

My path into yoga didn’t come from chasing perfection or aesthetics. It came from curiosity: how movement, breath, and mindset can support real people — athletes, professionals, creatives, and anyone balancing ambition with well-being.

I’m trained in power and vinyasa yoga, including Baptiste-inspired sequencing and YogaSix formats, and I currently teach at YogaSix while also leading classes and events throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania. Over the years, I’ve taught in studios, community spaces, and wellness-focused organizations, always with the same goal: to make yoga accessible, intelligent, and practical.

In addition to teaching, I’m the author of Yoga on the Green, a book that bridges yoga and golf through mobility, balance, and focus. I wrote it for golfers who want to move better and for yogis curious about the game, blending physical practice with mental awareness in a way that supports performance without overcomplication.

If you’re looking for yoga that’s grounded, athletic, thoughtful, and adaptable to real life, you’re in the right place.
